We learned a lot about Chinese New Year today. Serena's mom and Eva's mom joined us and shared about their traditions and festivals for Chinese New Year. Each child is coming home today with a red envelope and a penny, symbolizing luck and wishing everyone a Happy New Year.
We guessed Mirabel's clues for her Mystery Bag. Miracle shared a mouse, monkey, and mmeasuring cup.

Ms. Lepow joined us for math stations today. During this time, we worked on grab bag subtraction, while other children played the "Wall Game" with Ms Richlen, continuing to work on parts of ten and creating addition and subtraction equations.
We ended our day with Sylvia's dad joining us as a Mystery Reader. Thank you for spending part of your day with us! :-)
