We started our morning with a Mystery Reader- Anthony's aunt came and joined us this morning. Thank you so much for reading Peanut Butter and Cupcake and spending part of your day with us.
Today we had "Math Shuffle" for the first time! The Kindergarteners went to different classrooms and worked with different teachers. As a whole, the class gave this experience a "thumbs up". Our focus during this time is on counting and "more and less than". Ask your child if he/she remembers the teacher with whom they worked.
This afternoon, we added a new poem to our poetry folder. This poem was about Martin Luther King. The poem served as a good way to review MLK's message and the children were asked to draw/write one hope that they have for our world.
