This morning we reviewed Milo's Poster and wrote his special book. Ms Lewis modeled how to draw Milo and then the Kindergarteners did a great job sharing why Milo is a Star and drawing pictures to go with their thoughts. We hope you enjoy your special book, Milo!
During math, we played "Spin The Number'. Working in pairs, children spun a number, and had to add to the number that was spun, creating a teen number. Then, they used cubes to identify their teen number. This game was a good review about the fact that teen numbers are "ten and some more" and to recognize the teen numbers.

During science, the Kindergarteners had a chance to observe and touch our snails. We have two different types of snails- pond snails, and ram horn snails. The Kindergartners then identified the different parts of a snail- foot, heads, and tentacles.
