This morning we wrote finished our math stations that we started earlier this week. The Kindergartners are now familiar with attributes of rectangles and triangles. They really enjoyed using exploragons to create shapes and to recognize similarities and differences among shapes. We used vocabulary such as "straight" vs. "curved", angles, corners and vertices.
We also wrote about Harper for her Star of The Week book. Harper reviewed her poster and Mrs. Lewis modeled how to best draw Harper. We hope you enjoy your special book, Harper! :-)
The Kindergarteners enjoyed our Middle School concert and loved watching the older children sing and play their varied instruments. We were also lucky to have Eva's uncle come and join us as our Mystery Reader to end our day. :-)
