This morning we completed our math stations which we started earlier this week. The Kindergartener should now be able to name the attributes of all shapes- rectangle, square, hexagon, rhombus, triangle-. They should also be able to name what attributes are the same and what makes each shape different. Next week, we will start exploring 3 Dimensional solids.

We reviewed all that we have learned about Kate this week to get us ready to write Kate's special book. Ms. Lewis then modeled how to best draw Kate. The Kindergartners enjoyed writing Kate's special book which was presented to her at Closing Meeting. We hope you enjoy your book, Kate!

During Science time, we discussed what types of fabric is best for specific types of clothes. We also listened to a story, Clothes 100 Years Ago. The children were quite shocked to see the way that children used to dress a long time ago!
