We wrote our special book about Max, our Star of The Week. Max reviewed his poster and then the Kindergartners did a great job drawing and writing about Max. We hope you enjoy your special book, Max!
We completed our Math Stations which we started on Monday. The children worked hard to create teen numbers using 2 ten frames and then wrote equations to represent their ten frames. The Kindergarteners also reviewed subtraction by playing a "dice subtraction" game and then explored a 100's board, looking for patterns in the columns and in the rows.
During science today, the Kindergarten scientists looked at all different types of shells! They grouped the shells by different attributes and then tried to see if they could find 2 shells that were the same. Many said "this was the best science ever!"
We ended the day with Serena's mom joining us as our Mystery Reader. Thank you for spending part of your day with us.:-)
