It was great to be back at school and to hear about everyone's vacations week. The children did a fabulous job writing in their journals, detailing one or two things from their week. Everyone's handwriting and letter formation is looking better and better and the children's detailing of their week was very impressive.
We started learning about Milo, our Star of The Week today. Milo shared his poster and we added information to our mind file about Milo. Tomorrow, we look forward to guessing your clues! :-)
During math today, the children worked with a partner to represent the teen numbers. I explained that the teen numbers represent "10 and some more". We also watched the video about numbers in the teens starting with 1! :-)
