Today we had school meeting and were treated to a 4th Grade Recorder concert. We also watched the 5th Grade PRIDE skit where they talked about bus safety.
During Fundations, the Kindergarteners learned the sound of 2 new letters- d-dog-d and s-snake-s and how to properly write both these letters. Tomorrow, we will practice writing these letters again along with brainstorming words that begin with these 2 sounds.
We spent our math time in the computer lab focusing on more than and less than as we looked at different numbers. As a group, we talked through different types of strategies to figure out how to compare different numbers and how to count backwards to figure out the missing number.
