Elijahs' parents joined us this morning as his Star Readers! They read Toestompers and the Caterpillars- thank you for spending time time with us. :-)
Today we introduced "Rock Brain" to the class! "Rock Brain" is an "unthinkable" who can invade the brains of people in Social Town (mearning all of us!). Rock Brain can make us become stuck on an idea- We can use our inner Superflex to help defeat Rock Brain. To learn more about this social curriculum, you can follow this link:

Ms. Dennehy and I also role played situations where one might get stuck and need to recognize a problem as a small problem needing a small reaction.
We spent our afternoon making leprauchaun traps in honor of St. Patricks Day. The Kindergarteners had such fun working together and thinking and then revising their plans. They're excited to see if any leprauchauns visit the classroom tomorrow! :-)
