A busy rainy day....
The Kindergartners were very exctited to get back to their Writer's Workshop folders and to continue the stories that they started last week. We talked about the craft of writing being a journey and not a destination and thought about the works of some of our favorite authors and the process they went through to write their stories. We will continue this discussion tomorrow.
The class also enjoyed guessing Colby's clues. Some were quite tricky- see if your child remembers any of the the items that Colby brought in! :-)
We also completed our math stations which we started yesterday. We continued a lot of our math games and shape exploration during Learning Centers where many played the Hexago Game. On Thursday, we will start looking at 3-Dimensional shapes.
