Today the class had fun guessing Gracie's clues for her Mystery Bag. Gracie brought in goggly eyes, a game, and the Grinch. Thank you for your fabulous clues, Gracie!
We also shared many of our Writer's Workshop published books today. All the Kindergarteners received "Im an author" stickers to reinforce the fact that they are all authors and should feel proud of all their accomplishments.
We started new math stations today. The children working with me created "attribute trains". One child would put down an attribute block. The next block would be a block that one attribute that was the same and so on....
Other children completed an activity called "Drip, drip drop" where they picked a raindrop, drew that number of raindrops, and created equations.
