The Kindergarteners were so excited today to receive letters from their pen pals from the Upham School in Wellesley! Each child received a letter that was specifically written to them After reading their letter, the chidlren were so motivated to write back. We will be sending our letters to Ms. Bergeron's class tomorrow. (Ms. Bergeron is a Loker parent who has 2 daughter at Loker school).
We also completed our math stations which we started yesterday. As your child's work comes home, you might notice that their page does not lookl completed. However, when they are playing a game, we ask that they play and record their equations- they may not have time to write all equations for their work. When this happens, we ask them to orally tell us the equation that is represneted by their cubes.
The class also had fun guessing Cameran's clues. The items that Cameran brought in were a cat, a camera (which we used to take a class picture!) and a cupcake. We look forward to your special share tomorrow. :-)
