Our Star of The Week, MIrabel, shared her special cupcake craft with us this morning and we added even more information our mind file about Mirabel. Her sister, Mackenzie and 2 Room 1 Alumns, also came to join us as our Mystery Reader this afternoon.
During math, we worked on the activity "Birds on a Wire". Using our thumbprints, the children were assigned a certain number of birds on a wire. They then had to draw different combinations of birds to equal the total number of birds on the wire.
