Happy 100th Day of School!! We were all so excited to share this special milestone and look forward to a special celebration tomorrow (FYI- if tomorrow is called as a snow day, we will celebrate on Friday from 9:30-10:30. I will send out an e-mail if this occurs). The Kindergarteners enjoyed counting their classmates' collections of 100 items. We discussed counting by 1's, coutning by 10's and the importance of accurate counting.
We also wrote about what we would do if we had $100. The answers were very varied- some wrote about saving their money, buying a new pet, or buying a new instrument. We will have these displayed in our classroom for all to see!
