In honor of our author study about Dr. Seuss, we read The Lorax today and talke about the importance of trees and taking care of our environment. We then made "Truffulla-10's" where each child created their own Lorax tree which had 10 equations equaling 10! These will be dispayed in our classroom for all to see!
We also talked about St. Patrick's day and the Kindergarteners had the chance to write down their wish if they found a pot of gold. We talked about spaces between words and to have a period at the end of your sentence.
